Comment faire pour vivre heureux?

Le Vanuatu ressort comme le pays le plus heureux au monde. J'ai pas compris comment l'étude a été faite, mais je suis assez convaincu par l'affirmation:

We should not sacrifice human relationships, which are the main source of happiness, for the sake of economic growth.
